Betvisa1 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate its services or any account at any time, particularly in cases of rule violations. Only one account per person is permitted on this platform. If multiple accounts are detected, Betvisa1 reserves the right to close all of them.

All information provided during Betvisa1 registration must be accurate and truthful. Submitting false details may result in withdrawal issues or account termination down the line.

• Only one account is permitted per user.
• You must register under your own identity — not someone else's.
• Keeping account login credentials confidential is the member's responsibility.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact Betvisa1 support immediately.
• Any documents requested for identity verification (KYC) must be submitted promptly.

A National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence is accepted for KYC verification. Completing KYC is mandatory before withdrawing amounts above ৳50,000.

Betvisa1 supports several mobile banking methods for deposits, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and DBBL. Deposits are processed instantly and typically credited to your account within seconds.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. The deposit and withdrawal accounts must belong to the same person. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Policy on Match Cancellation or Postponement: If a match is cancelled before it starts, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. If a match is suspended after starting but before the required time — for example, before the minimum number of overs in cricket — your stake will be refunded.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting limits: Set a maximum bet amount for a given time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a voluntary break anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to permanently close your account if needed.
• Reality Check: Screen time reminders at set intervals.
